2. Your Account

- You’re responsible for your own account security.
- Do not share your password.

- You may delete your account at any time via settings.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Purchasing & Downloads

- Guests may purchase if guest checkout is enabled.
- After payment via Stripe, digital downloads are available instantly.
- Physical goods ship according to our shipping policy.
- All sales are final except where required by law.
- Products remain the property of the original artist unless full rights are explicitly purchased.

4. Content & Copyright

- All uploaded content must be your own or properly licensed.
- No illegal, hateful, or infringing content.
- Copyright remains with the artist unless full rights are transferred.
- Ghost/exclusive sales require digital contracts to transfer rights.

5. Payments & Payouts

- All payments go through Stripe.
- Platform deducts VAT & service fees on each sale.
- Artists may request payouts per our payout schedule.
- You are responsible for reporting your own income to tax authorities.

6. Store Credit & Referrals

- Referral rewards are credited once conditions are met.
- Store credit can be spent on the platform; artists may withdraw earned credit.
- Abuse or self‑referrals will lead to forfeiture and possible suspension.

7. Donations

- Each artist may have only one active donation campaign at a time.
- Donation funds are held until the campaign closes.
- We reserve the right to terminate campaigns for misuse.

8. Privacy & Cookies

- We use cookies to operate the site.

9. Abuse & Bans

- Spamming, cheating, or abusive behavior may result in immediate ban.
- We reserve the right to remove any content or user at our discretion.
