Check whether the free content, downloads and features suit your intended use, and check results and required rights. Your own decisions, copies and independent destinations are at your own risk. Third-party sites apply their own terms. Content may contain errors and availability is not guaranteed. Do not infringe others’ rights, harm people or disrupt services.

Songhub may correct content, change free features, or suspend or retire services for maintenance, security, unlawful use or other reasonable operational needs. Restrictions should be proportionate, with advance notice where reasonably possible. Urgent measures may be immediate, with an explanation when safe and lawful.

IT and Events remains responsible where the law requires it. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain, including rights that apply to qualifying free digital services. Paid advertising follows the separately accepted ITE agreement, including applicable remedies and refunds. Material changes to continuing paid services require lawful notice and applicable remedies or exit rights.
